Even if I was being critical about my visit I could find absolutely nothing but positives to say about this whole experience. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were so kind and attentive to me. They had the most friendly attitude, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I really appreciated the warm welcome. The waiting area here is nice and spacious. There wasn't any overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The staff was especially friendly and you could tell they enjoyed the working environment as well. I would not hesitate to give my 100% recommendaation.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Dr.Havranek was a Blessing from above. I had been to different doctors with no luck. He quickly gave me my options and send me home with medications. The medication did wonders for my stomach pains that had been going on for months. I would recommend him to anyone who has stomach problems. His office staff is great and he sincerely cares about his patients. Thank u Dr. Havranek

My GP referred me to Dr. Havranek. I am so thankful too as I was in need of obtaining a new gastroenterologist since moving to San Antonio. His office representation is very professional as is Dr. Havranek. He doesn't make me feel uncomfortable talking about my digestive issues and helped me recently to take steps in getting my constipation under control. He explained thoroughly for me current treatment vs. worst case surgery options. I really enjoy the fact his office is not located within the busy part of the medical district. It's very easy to get to. I highly recommend Dr. Havranek.
