My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Dr. Neff is the best chiropractor I have seen. He truly cares about his patients well being.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
