They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Dr. Will and his staff are great! He's easy to talk to and takes the time to explain his findings and the adjustments. My neck was a mess; the result of whiplash years before and the resulting degeneration of the vertebra. Dr. Will stabilized my neck and eliminated the grinding and pain. The office is easy to get to, has ample parking out front, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Will Harden.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. Dr. Harden is very good at what he does, he is a very passionate and friendly doctor.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed! They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
