I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
