The staff consists of just the chiropractor, but he really knows what he's doing. He was able to answer most of my questions. They have really great customer service here, but first come, first served. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Would be nice when you call to get an office person so you would know what time you should arrive.
