They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was very comfortable the entire time. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Dr. Passig is awesome, he has helped me through some difficult aches and pains.

No, they are always spot-on

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment?
Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it.

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all! They always respect my decisions.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care.

Dana Passig, D.C. was absolutely amazing and makes others in the same field look like beginners! Dana Passig, D.C. always makes sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting! I never had to doubt Dana Passig, D.C. 's qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer! Dana Passig, D.C. always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to! They always listen to every question or concern I may have! Dana Passig, D.C. puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
