The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
