Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I am not one to like to have my muscle rub, and I asked if she could hold off on me, the assistant listen to me and treated me with respect

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I kind of felt like just another dollar sign. Rushed in and out, no eye contact. Felt rushed to get on and off the equipment. Felt that Dr. Massa was not at all gentle. Not impressed at all.
