I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I will absolutely return to Ted Clark, D.C.. I had an amazing experience. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. One thing I love about Ted Clark, D.C., is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
