Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
