I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed!

I have been unfortunate enough to require the services of Dr. Jay Geiser after being rear ended on two separate occasions. He and his staff were very comforting and genuinely concerned about by well being. They quickly diagnosed my injury and administered the proper treatment to get me back on track. I highly recommend Dr. Geiser and his staff.
