He takes the time to listen to me. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. One thing I noticed about their office was how good it smelled. Doctors full attention is always on me and he never takes personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I always schedule first thing or lunch time. You might have to wait a long time (only thing I don't like about office)

Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
