They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I will absolutely return to Perry Ruby, D.C.. I had an amazing experience. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
