I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned she is for my well-being. Her advice and adjustments are always wonderful.The staff always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet. I just love her and her staff and know I am getting the best care available.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Tracy is the best doctor I've seen. I'm SO glad I found her. She listens and I always feel better when I leave, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. How many chiropractors can offer such a full service?

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. This provider has so much helpful information available online.

Dr. Tracy is the best chiropractor around! A friend in FL recommended that I see her to help heal from a devastating car accident 4 yrs ago. She does such amazing work with her expansive knowledge base and natural intuition, that I followed her when I moved back to Guilford, and I now travel from Wethersfield to see her. She is friendly, professional, and compassionate; and trust her with my life...and my family's. My husband was once a huge skeptic, but she helped explain how his body could benefit from chiropractic and after one session he felt so good that he was hooked. He was so impressed that he was willing to bring his elderly parents and our 4 month old baby for treatments.

Doc Tracy always returns my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Her office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Tracy has always taken the time to insure I am comfortable with my treatments, and is sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. She goes out of her way to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, and have never had to wait for more than a few minutes. I only wish all doctors could follow her practice of respecting their patients time. If you need chiropractic care, this is a no-brainer! Call Doc Tracy.

Absolutely not! All my questions about my X-Rays were ignored

No, they are always spot-on
Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays?
No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
