I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jim. He has treated four generations of my family. He listens, he cares, and he facilitates healing along with education. Patients are always first with him. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Donoghue is amazing. He is as much teacher and coach as chiropractor. He gives you many suggestions of what you can do yourself to help. An appointment begins with lying on warm heat packs; he wants your muscles to be relaxed before he does adjustments. I heartily suggest that you work with him. He has a very small cost for an introductory appointment. He also works collaboratively with a massage therapist in his office, Shannon Stone. Shannon is a true genius with doing deep tissue work, stretching muscles, and observing what is tight/sore or what needs focus.
