Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I had low back pain so bad that I needed crutches just to walk to the car. I debated going to the ER until my friend told me about Dr. Walker. On her recommendation I went to "Dr. Bud" and he alleviated the majority of my pain right away. He and his staff also went above and beyond because their office was experiencing a last minute closing due to the complex getting a new roof. They made sure I had Dr. Bud's cell number in case I was in pain during the closure and he would bring his mobile table and pay a house call! When's the last time you have had customer service like that?? I've been going for several months now and my original problem (plus others that I've been dealing with for years) have been fixed or greatly improved. Now my boyfriend is a patient as well! Great office, great chiropractor, great experience.
