Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Dr. Beals hurt me and manipulated me SO hard that it knocked the wind right out of me and I fell on the floor. I was in a ton of pain the day after and that weekend and called him. He did not seem concerned. I followed up with him the next week and I had to force him to take x-rays. He had me come in for some ultrasound but he instructed his technician to ultrasound the wrong area. I kept telling her but she did not change what she was doing or listen to me. I finally told her to stop. I should have gotten a lawyer and sued him. I will never go back. He gives Chiropractic a bad name. My father was a Chiropractor so I know good Chiropractic when I experience it. This is not a Dr. you should trust.
