There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
