I suffered consistent and somewhat painfully disabling low back and neck trauma for more than two decades (80-90). Some of those years, I had insurance, but the companies did not want to pay. I paid for 12 visits to a chiropractor in Venice before my money ran out, And from then on I was forced to go through life (the next 20 years) in moderate to sever pain. One day, after a stormy rainy night working on sealing our badly leaking roof, chimney, and walls of our home, my back finally gave in. I drove my daughter to school that morning in our car, sitting sideways and crouched over in sever pain. Unable to drive another mile in the condition I was in, I sort help from our local chiropractic office(Nancy Marcucella, D.C.). I had heard many positive testimonials from other local back and neck pain sufferers about Nancy Marcucella, DC, but nothing prepared me for the wonderful way that I was treated upon arrival on that cold, rainy El Ninio Morning. Immediate efforts were made by Nancy and her staff to warm and dry my cold and shivering body and to ease my obvious pain. Despite the busyness in the office that morning, Nancy and her team prepared a room for me and went to work diagnosing and adjusting my lower back. All efforts were made to secure my comfort and ease my pain. She explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. The next thing I remember was Nancy twisting my body until it clicked into place. Though petite, she effortlessly tweaked my vertebrae into place and 90% of the pain was gone. Despite my obvious lack of finances, Nancy insisted I not worry about it, that "whatever I could afford to pay, was alright." She even adjusted my neck for free, and to this day, 15 years later, it's been completely pain free, and the one back adjustment lasted about ten years, before I overloaded it again and had to visit Nancy once more for a couple adjustments (2-3).
I was completely at ease during my appointments with Nancy and her team! There are no false smiles here. Nancy and her team are genuine loving and caring professionals. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable each and every time. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I'm so glad to have met such a beautiful group of caring individuals! This is what community caring and professionalism is all about :^)

I have referred family members and friends to Dr Marcucella. Everyone has benefited from her treatment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel respected and cared for. The office was easy to reach when I called in an emergency, they called me back immediately and saw me the same day. Exceptional, quality, reliable care.
