There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a great staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Dr. Carletta is wonderful and truly cares. I highly recommend him and his staff.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
