They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
Dr Plano and his staff are amazing care givers and people. I adore them and so does my whole family.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
