Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I wish I had something positive to say about him but the best part of my visit was leaving. He was very mean-spirited towards me when I made simple requests, and as a female I did not appreciate his patronizing and degrading words (you know, like the old-school, guys who think they can call a girl "sweetie" and tell them to "relax" in that superior tone). He also became defiant when I said I like to have my muscles massaged before an adjustment (? seriously, what is up with this guy?) and felt he needed to remind me that I might not be accepted as patient there. I'm a nice person and was totally bowled over by his lack of professionalism and general human courtesy, as well as his hostile manner. He was also 20 minutes late. Overall, I was very disappointed by this person and found him very ill-tempered and combative. IMO, this person has no business in healing and I am so glad I never let him put a finger on me.
