They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was blocked from giving 5 stars by this survey!?!?!? Why?
