I have seen Dr. Larks on and off since 1986. He and his staff are always ready to serve and make you feel better from the moment you get to the office. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
