I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clientele to be as comfortable as possible. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Craig Honer, D.C. is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased! They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
