All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I have been to many chiropractors both bad and great, but this type of chiropractic is special. For the first time in 15 years, I can read for hours without neck pain (that would normally be unbearable after twenty minutes). It has helped me deal with stress in a way that no other chiropractor has. Also, as gentle as the therapy is, the adjustments last longer than any other chiropractor I have been to, even though I was visiting with the same frequency for a longer period of time! I believe that Network Chiropractic is the best investment I have ever made in my health.

My husband has a rounded upper back and recently started treatment and is already standing so much straighter.
