Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I will be returning to Brian after a long and useless hunt for help with my scoliosis problem. No one, regardless of their credentials, ever helped me as much as he did,

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
