This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me reminder so I don't forget. Dr, Schnapper is extremely reliable.
