They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.

I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They gave an adequate level of care compared to others I have been to for the same problem.

Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left!

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.
