One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They always are able to find the source of my pain. ALWAYS call ahead to see if the provider is behind. If a patient comes in who is having a lot of pain, you will have to wait.
