Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
