Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

I have seen many Chiropractors in the Valley. Some have you come back week after week and you still have issues where as with Dr. Shiflet he gets you treated on the road to recovery. I have never been happier with any other Chiropractor.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I've never had to stand. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
