I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
