They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Dr. Joe has helped me with all kinds of conditions and I am not talking about pain. He has taught me that a chiropractor can help my nerve system work at its best so I can have a better quality of life. His Pro-Adjuster is great too so I can have a gentle but very effective adjustment. Thank you Dr. Joe!
