My husband and I saw him for 12 years, started out of necessity, but ended up as just an alinement once in a while. Dr. Wong is amazing, and make me feel like a million bucks at each and every visit. I moved to Florida, I will miss him.
When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Terry Wong, D.C. was easy to reach in an emergency. I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The chairs in Terry Wong, D.C.'s waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Terry Wong, D.C. is an absolute expert in the field! I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Terry Wong, D.C. explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I wasn't stiff at all when I left. Terry Wong, D.C. always makes sure I'm comfortable.
