Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I completely agree with the woman who said this dr was rude on the phone. I called her desperate for help and she told me not to even bother because I'm a vegetarian. She was very rude and made it obvious she didn't want my business. Very unimpressed.

I am surprised by the very negative review from the lady that said that Dr. Vagias was very rude on the phone. I couldn't disagree more! I recently met with Dr. Vagias and was incredibly impressed by her knowledge and grateful for the sense of empowerment she gave me and my family! Maybe the lady with the negative review misinterpreted the fiery passion she has for naturopathic medicine! She is extremely knowledgable and has a tough, "go-get-them" type of personality and that's exactly what you need when you are fighting a serious illness. I loved meeting Dr. Vagias and she has made a very positive imprint on my family. I look forward to following up with her in the near future! The office environment was very pleasant and clean and the office staff was very friendly and welcoming, as well!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
