They didn't seem to know much about my medical history or pre-existing conditions. I had to explain everything, which was very inconvenient. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.
