Dr. Torman has great patient skills and is a caring physician. However, the front desk personnel are unfriendly, rude and unpleasant. A complete contradiction from her own personal bedside manner. I will not return to her. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was impressed with their office equipment. Everything was current and met safety standards. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
