I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
