They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
