They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional.
