Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
