Their office was quiet .. I was able to relax. I was at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.. This place had a great staff and I'll definitely be going back. This is an OBGYN, and I am past the child bearing era, and these gals are my Primary Care Doctor!!

She use to be great answered every question if i ever had a problem i could get appointments the next day if i was having a problem but now i have to wait months and i never get them to call me back i tried to refill a birth control and it took a month of phone tag to get it. her office has gone to the dogs!!!!!!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes! They were very forceful.

They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
