They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I think they are really overpriced, and if they just talk to you about other options, they charge you for consultations, that is so wrong. They will nickel and dime you to death, and here you are one of the ones who take care of their pets. Miss the original owners, and their honesty and caring.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. If I were to compare them to other veterinarians I've been to, I'd say they were pretty average. They weren't one of the best, but they weren't the worst either. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.
