They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Honest and genuine.

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

I moved to Lubbock just over a year ago and happened upon Dr. Jury and his lovely wife one day while looking for a place to eat. I needed a vet and I couldn't be any HAPPIER to have met these two. They are as top notch as they get. They are so caring where the animals are concerned and genuinely love what they do. I would recommend them to ANYONE that wants the very best in Lubbock and surrounding areas.

Plenty of parking space, easily found. If left in a room during exam of pet, was only to get meds or shots to administer to my pet. Lacks interest in my pet and issue. Lacks bed-side manners, lacks aggressive approach to proper treatment, lacks compassion towards pet and owner, lacks interest in my questions and has no time to answer them and is grumpy, there way or no way attitude. Recently took my pet in vet’s office due to itching and chewing on his tail. Vet did not aggressively treat my pet to heal the tail and stop the pain from the sore my pet created by chewing. This vet’s cost increase are huge. The cost was over $175.00 and the following evening had to take my pet to the ER Animal Clinic on 34th Street. My pet was in so much pain. The vet there took control of the issue, was interested in healing and stopping his pain. Took time with us and made sure he comfortable. With their cost and my vet’s cost it was almost a total of $500.00. Have since hired her to treat and care for all three of my pets and fired this one.. She was superb. My pet was in no more pain, he left the tail alone, healed and quickly recoverd Very impressed with her.
