I'm pretty sure Dr. Fig is an angel! My dog Chest became very sick and after 3 days of around the clock care Dr. Fig decided that Ches would need to go to the specialist hospital down in Tampa. After calling the hospital I was just about in tears because there was just about no way I was going to be able to afford their treatment on top of what Dr. Fig was doing. So, Dr. Fig said he would only charge a minute fraction of the cost for the entire 3 days of care (it was full of x-rays, enemas, shots, blood work, etc...) so I could afford the surgery . He is the reason my Chester is alive!!

Then about a month later I witnessed a poor stray dog get hit by a car -- I called Dr. Fig and he said to bring him right in. We pretty much knew the dog wasn't going to make it but he did everything he could including giving the dog pain medication and laying with me and the dog on the floor until he passed away and didn't charge a dime. Absolute godsend.

I'm absolutely going to recommend them to everyone I know. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I loved that they took their time with my pet, and didn’t rush the appointment at all. They made sure my pet was relaxed and that all my questions were answered. They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
