I have been taking Chair Yoga for over 2 years now and find I look forward to going and not only receiving excellent instruction but a wonderful sense of wellbeing. From the carefully designed exercises which afford me greater flexibility to the meditation/breathing routines which only add to the sense of a total awareness of how your body/mind works when you allow yourself some precious time away from all of the stress of the day. Ending with Vidya's laugh therapy - all of us cannot believe such a tiny person has this wonderfully deep sounding laughter that can only be described as "contagious" leaving you feeling very refreshed and ready to tackle whatever comes your way!

I have been doing chair yoga with Vidya for about 4 months.
She is a wonderful teacher. I was not the biggest fan of yoga, but being in her class
has made a convert of me. She takes her time and explains and answers questions.
I enjoy her class and wish she had more classes available. Once or twice a week is not
enough. Hope to particapate in more of her classes..

I just signed up for my third class with Vidya Nahar, because she is the best yoga instructor I have experienced so far. I've been learning yoga for over 5 years, and attended yoga classes with six other instructors.

I enjoy Vidya's upbeat and positive attitude, her clear and personalized directions to adjust my pose to maximize my balance or breathing, her ability to incorporate into that day's class any attendee's voiced physical concerns (tight shoulders, sore hips etc), and most extraordinary is Vidys's laugh during Laughter Yoga!

I leave Vidya's class each time relaxed from her guidance in meditation, and energized for several days by her yoga routines that address every part of my body and relieve the stress of having a job which requires sitting at a computer each work day.
