Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Previous visits last year were handled very well but there seems to have been a change in office managers and the degradation in service shows. Very disappointed!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. One thing I didn't like, was that they didn't update me at all about how I was progressing, or where I was at in the recovery process. I went in to my appointments with no idea about how long I would have to keep coming, or how soon I would be fully recovered. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
