No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything
