I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. The help was very rude, and judgement, she also refused to help because she didnt like my response to my medical questions,or procedures for the process of intake. I will per-sue more action with upper management! The violations was totally unprofessional and inappropriate for a medical personal to act in a Guidence Center. What kind of guidance is given here in this facility. Receptionist was extreamly rude, short, showed severe attitude and disrespect, she rolled her eyes, and continued her personal conversation on her phone while neglecting to do her job! Patients waited for 15-20 min before being checked in due to the receptionist who don't do her job.
